Privacy Policy

Qube Digital (“we”, “us”) runs qubedigital.ae. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Booking form (/book): your name, email address, company, website, and your answers about your marketing goals, budget, competitors and company size. We also record which page and button brought you to the form, and campaign tags (UTM) if the link you followed had them.
• Calendar booking: when you pick a time, Calendly collects your name, email, any guests you add and the meeting details.
• Email: anything you send to contact@qubedigital.ae.
• Technical data: your approximate country (from your IP address) and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about it.
• To answer your questions and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Who processes it

We use a small number of providers to run the site. Your data may be stored outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union.

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and DNS
• Supabase: secure database for booking-form answers
• Calendly: meeting scheduling
• Zoho: email
• Google Fonts: typefaces loaded by your browser

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Email contact@qubedigital.ae and we’ll reply within 15 working days.
